Andrew is the Practice Leader of the Collaboration Practice at PSC group in Chicago IL. He is responsible for managing a practice of industry leading consultant delivering solutions for companies of all sizes. He has spoken at numerous conferences including Lotusphere, Connect and various LUGS.
Andrew started his career 18 years ago at Lotus in Boston and has been involved in designing, coding and delivering IBM solutions ever since. In his consulting career Andrew has lived and worked in New York City New York, London England and Chicago Illinois.

Marine Corporal Josh Bleill [Bly-ul; rhymes with “Kyle” or “smile”] is a native of Greenfield, Indiana. After graduating high school, Josh attended Purdue University. Upon completion of his education, Josh decided to serve his country by joining the United States Marine Corps in 2004, and was activated for a tour of duty in Iraq in 2006.
While serving in Iraq, Corporal Bleill was severely injured, resulting in the loss of both of his legs. After extensive rehabilitation, Bleill returned to Indiana in August of 2008, where he attacked his new life head-on. This new life included employment as the Indianapolis Colts Community Spokesperson.
Indianapolis Colts Owner, Jim Irsay, has described Bleill as “very talented, bright-eyed, and skilled,” and Josh now travels the country to spread his message of hope, “one step at a time.”

A programmer by trade and a natural problem solver, Marlon started writing code for a living at the young age of 13. Being the nerd he’s always been, he went on to major in Mechanical Engineering because of the robotics thing, and then in Computer Science and Mathematics (how geeky is that?)
Marlon joined IBM in 1996 as a programmer. Along the way he became a Senior IT Architect for IBM ISV & Developer Relations where he worked very closely with IBM's Business Partners in designing and bringing integrated solutions to market.
In 2008 Marlon became the Sametime Platform product manager in charge of positioning Sametime as a platform to enable horizontal and industry-specific solutions, creating an ecosystem of offerings built in collaboration with customers and partners.
Marlon's current responsibility is driving product strategy and requirements for the core services within the Sametime platform for the new and exciting field of Social Communications
